Process Steps

STEP 1
The dryer exhaust is re-directed through one side of the ThermalRecycle unit and then re-joined to exhaust line.

STEP 2
Incoming air stream is isolated and directed through the other side of the unit.

STEP 3
As the heat from the exhaust side passes through our special Heat Wheel Technology, the heat is capture.

STEP 4
The Heat Wheel is the only moving part that is exposed to both sides of the ThermalRecycle unit.

STEP 5
As the wheel rotates, the absorbed heat is released to the incoming air stream and into the dryer.

STEP 6
Lint cleaning system turns on during cool down of dryers to keep wheel clean and dry.
